Join NAWIC North East for an exclusive site visit to Pilgrim Place, one of Newcastle city centre’s most significant commercial developments.
This unique event offers members and industry professionals the opportunity to visit one of Newcastle city centre's most significant commercial developments and gain valuable insight into its construction and delivery directly from the Bowmer + Kirkland project team.
Pilgrim Place comprises two landmark Grade A office buildings, known as Pilgrim Place 1 and Pilgrim Place 2, connected by a central courtyard and public realm space. The development will provide high-quality office accommodation in the heart of Newcastle, with one building occupied by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and the other available for commercial tenants.
The visit will begin with a project presentation from Bowmer + Kirkland, providing an overview of the scheme, construction methodology and key project challenges. Attendees will then take part in a guided site tour, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the construction process and the opportunity to hear directly from the team delivering this project.
This event is open to construction professionals, students, apprentices and anyone with an interest in the built environment. NAWIC welcomes attendees of all genders and career stages while continuing our mission to support and champion women in construction.
